How to Schedule Your First Appointment
o We are an appointment-based hospital to ensure each family receives the time and attention they deserve. Your can request an appointment through here or by phone at (832) 632-1595.
We can normally see healthy appointments within the week and sick appointments either same day or within 2 days. Urgent appointments and emergency appointments can almost always be accommodated immediately so long as we have the team, time, and services necessary to provide necessary care.
Before Your First Visit
- To make your appointment as smooth as possible, we recommend completing the following steps ahead of time:
- Complete our New Client Form: https://app.myvet2pet.com/forms/Mi5wG32bF6py2cJXX. We can also provide a copy in-person if preferred.
- Gather your pet’s prior medical records – If your pet has seen another veterinarian before, please bring any records you have, including vaccination history, previous diagnoses, lab results, and a list of any current medications. If records need to be transferred, we can assist you with that process.
- Bring a fresh, fecal sample if possible – A small, fresh fecal sample is helpful for intestinal parasite screening, which we recommend as part of routine preventative care.
- Bring a list of any questions or concerns you may have – We encourage to ask any question you may have regarding your pet. We want you to leave your appointment feeling confident and informed.
